Personal Training Services at The Nutrition Studio

The following Personal Training services are available at The Nutrition Studio:

Initial 20 min Consultation – Free

This is the first personal training session you will have. We will meet (or conduct the consultation over the telephone if more appropriate) to discuss your current health and fitness situation, your goals and targets, exercise likes & dislikes, and complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). If necessary we may also conduct some initial health & fitness assessments.

1 hour Personal Training Session - £30

All personal training sessions are designed and developed prior to the session. You will begin with a quick brief and warm-up with dynamic stretching, followed by individually designed cardiovascular, strength, and/or flexibility exercises, relevant to your health and fitness goals. It will finish with a cool down and some static stretching. Sessions will vary each time according to your progress and fitness needs or goals.

12 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions - £300

This is a fantastic discount, working out at just £25 a session! It must be booked and paid for in advance of the first session.

This is the most popular choice at The Nutrition Studio as by signing up to a series of sessions, it provides clients with the motivation to commit to a long term fitness choice.

Group Circuits or Outdoor Sessions – available on request
