Nutrition Counseling

Individual counseling sessions are the best way to define and create a clear and personalized approach to better health through good nutrition. Appointments range from 45-90 minutes and can be held in-person or virtually.  Most session are covered by insurance.

 From soccer teams to ballet schools, younger kids to older adults, I can tailor a presentation to meet the needs of your group or community. Email or call me directly to learn more.

Recipes and Meal Planning

Are you tired of eating the same old meals every day? Do you struggle to find the time or energy to cook after a long day of work?  I offer bespoke meal plans and recipe collections to help you feel good about what you feed yourself or your family. Try a week a-la-carte, or sign up for a monthly subscription. Start establishing your own library of simple, go-to meals you love.
